Vital Smartwatch takes pride in delivering products of the highest quality standards and craftsmanship. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a 30-day Warranty on ALL PRODUCTS, standing firmly behind our creations and offering this Warranty to every customer.

If your product arrives damaged or is delivered in a damaged condition, we will replace it with a brand new one at no cost to you. However, please note that all warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and proof of damage provided by the customer. It's important to note that defects or damage resulting from misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered under this warranty.

For customers who have purchased a 1-year warranty, please be aware that it can only be claimed once and covers accidental damage, manufacturer defects, and lost/stolen parcels. As with the 30-day Warranty, proof of purchase and proof of damage must be provided by the customer for all warranty claims. Similarly, defects or damage resulting from misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered.

Certain states, provinces, and nations may have different regulations regarding the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations mentioned above may not apply universally. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your location.
