30-Day Hassle Free Returns:
You are able to return any product in NEW, resalable condition within the original packaging up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. You will need to cover shipping charges to send the package back to the original sender location and will be refunded via the order payment method. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving it this must be done within 12 hours of your order, otherwise there is nothing we can do.

Wrong Item Sent:
If you received a wrong item, please contact us via email at care@thevitalwatch.com with your name & order number, attach a photo of the wrong size / item and we'll ship the correct one as soon as possible.
Refunds:
If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.
Please keep in mind refunds can take 3-5 business days to show in your bank statements.
